As Legal Custodian for the Veteran, we are appointed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. As legal custodian, we report directly to the Department of VA and submit annual reports for their review and approval. As Legal Custodian, we receive their VA benefits and pay their bills and manage any reserve funds.

Keystone Guardianship Services, NPC carries over 30 years’ experience in the financial field, managing approximately 150 accounts, including trust accounts and guardianship accounts varying in asset amounts.

    ❖    Is a member of the Elder Abuse Taskforce
    ❖    Is a member of the National Guardianship Association
    ❖    Has nine staff members with various experience and degrees applicable to Guardianship services
